Rebound Solutions was born from lived experience—decades spent walking alongside people through complexity, crisis, and quiet transformation.
Rebound brings together clinical insight, ethical clarity, and a deep respect for every participant’s journey.
We’ve seen the system from the inside. We’ve held space in moments of uncertainty. And we’ve learned that real support begins with listening.

About the Founder and Director
Laurie Ann Lehmann-Bybyk brings over 30 years of experience across psychology, rehabilitation, guardianship, and NDIS leadership. A former Registered Psychologist and Senior Guardian, Laurie is deeply committed to building inclusive, person-centered systems that empower individuals and communities. She holds a Master of Business Administration, a Bachelor of Arts (4-year Honours), and a Graduate Certificate in Management.
Laurie Ann is also an accredited NDIS Quality Auditor.
Laurie’s career began in remote Northern Ontario, Canada, delivering front line social services. Since relocating to Australia in 1996, she has worked across Queensland and Western Australia—including Mornington Island, Mt Isa, Julia Creek, the Pilbara, and the Kimberley—in roles spanning child protection, mental health, rehabilitation, government leadership, and native title negotiation.
Her leadership includes:
- Senior Guardian, WA Office of the Public Advocate
- Specialist Support Coordinator
- Director of Projects, Office of Custodial Services
- NDIS Auditor, assessing quality and compliance
- Team Lead, psycho-social rehabilitation services
- Mediation Coordinator for WA, National Native Title Tribunal
